Archives and Library

The Rovaniemi Art Museum is maintaining press cutting archives about Lappish art and everything related to the museum. The picture archives of the museum concist of the Jenny and Antti Wihuri Foundation collection, the Rovaniemi city collection of Lappish art and the exhibitions and projects of the Rovaniemi Art Museum.
 
The information and the pictures are being transfered to the digital Cumulus archive. In addition to the museums of Rovaniemi Cumulus is also used by the Alariesto gallery, the Särestöniemi Museum ja the University of Lapland. The Rovaniemi Art Museum has also a reference library that is being increased mainly with the publications received from other museums through the publications exchange ring. Museum also has some videos about visual arts.
